1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Haga.Pro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
You must also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
2. About Haga.Pro
Haga.Pro is a digital platform connecting Australian employers with international job candidates for employer-sponsored visa opportunities.
- We are not a recruitment agency.
- We do not charge recruitment fees to employers or candidates.
- We provide professional immigration services to manage visa applications and sponsorship compliance.
3. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Candidates must provide accurate and complete information in their profiles, including education, skills, work experience, and visa eligibility.
- Employers must provide accurate company and job information.
- You must not impersonate another person or provide false information.
4. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not share your account with others.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts if Terms are breached or for lawful compliance reasons.
5. Platform Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, offensive, or harmful content.
- Infringe any intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to interfere with platform security or operations.
- Use the platform for purposes other than genuine employer–candidate engagement.
6. Candidate Profiles
- Candidate information is displayed to employers only when necessary for matching.
- Contact details are revealed only after a match is made.
- All information provided must be true, accurate, and complete. Information entered into the platform is used to establish visa eligibility and will form the basis of the visa application.
- Any misleading or false information may result in visa refusal, cancellation, or a re-entry ban of up to three (3) years imposed by the Australian Government.
- Candidates may request deletion of their account at any time.
7. Employer Responsibilities
- Employers must comply with Australian workplace, immigration, and sponsorship laws.
- If an employer selects a pre-vetted candidate on Haga.Pro, the employer must engage Haga.Pro exclusively to manage the visa application and sponsorship compliance process.
- Employers must provide accurate and complete vacancy, company, and sponsorship information.
- Haga.Pro does not guarantee the long-term performance of candidates, but we manage all visa processing and sponsorship compliance directly.
8. Immigration and Compliance
- Visa processing and sponsorship compliance are handled solely by Haga.Pro.
- No third-party providers are engaged for immigration services under our model.
- Employers who choose a pre-vetted candidate must use Haga.Pro to finalise all visa and sponsorship arrangements.
- While we take all reasonable steps to ensure compliance, Haga.Pro is not responsible for the ultimate decisions made by the Department of Home Affairs or other government authorities.
9. Fees and Payments
- Haga.Pro is not a recruitment agency. We do not charge any recruitment fees.
- Our professional services relate solely to immigration and visa application processing.
- These services are subject to capped charges.
- Before any fees are incurred, you will receive a separate written fee agreement outlining the scope of services and total immigration costs.
- All payments must be processed through our authorised payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store credit card details.
10. Intellectual Property
- All platform content, technology, and branding are owned by Haga.Pro or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Haga.Pro provides the platform "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free access.
- We are not liable for loss, damage, or claims arising from:
- Employer–candidate engagement or employment decisions;
- Visa outcomes or government decisions;
- Use of third-party technology providers.
- Our liability for breach of non-excludable statutory guarantees is limited to re-supplying the services or the cost of doing so.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:
- Breach these Terms;
- Misuse the platform;
- Provide false or misleading information;
- Engage in unlawful conduct.
You may stop using the platform at any time by closing your account.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
